Outfit: lady in red

Even though I hardly ever wear red (or any color except white, black and grey really), I just love the color of this oversized blazer. I wore it with my all time favorite Levi's shorts and a black blouse with gold metal details from the Versace for H&M man's collection.

Some of you may disagree with me, but I'm a big fan of Primark. Everything is so cheap there and the quality is actually quite good! I always buy my socks and tights there, but sometimes I find other great items as well, like this new skirt. I couldn't resist and bought it in black as wel.. It really did pay off though: I wore it to an audition last week and I actually got the part, in a Dutch family musical! This is a great internship which I'm thrilled about!

This is what I wore yesterday, on another unexpected warm, sunny day. 

I combined my long sleeveless fringe blouse with a basic black dress and spent the whole day outside in the sunshine. Great day!

Even though it's very rainy these days, I love the current temperature: it's warm enough to go out bare legged, but cold enough to combine this with a long sleeved shirt, two things I'm really fond of. I bought this blue vintage suitcase in Budapest last week. I really love the original shape and the color!

Green day

I'm moving out of my parents' house and into my own place! I've found myself a very cute, lovely appartment, which I'm moving into any day now, so at the moment I'm spending my days painting and buying furniture. Pictures will be up soon!

For now, just a quick outfit post! I wore this outfit a few days ago when I went to a dinner party. Usually I'm not that big a fan of bright colors, but I really like this long green blouse.

Black and white

I arrived in London and it is amazing to be back here! 

I wanted to share this outfit with you, I wore it on my last day in Amsterdam. When I was wearing this I realised that this is one of my favorite outfits. I've always loved waistpants, but combined with these Mary Jane platform heels, a white shirt and a bow (an idea that I borrowed from Alexa Chung and Patti Smith) - I feel like this is an outfit that truly reflects my personal style.

The special shorts

Even though these jeans shorts may not be very original anymore - they're on the blog almost monthly - I can't stop loving them. They seem to go with everything.

I wore this outfit yesterday morning, went I went out for breakfast with some friends and then to the hairdresser (I hate having my hair cut off, but it was just, well, dead). Afterwards I went straight to bed with a terrible headache, but I just had to make these pictures because the sun was finally shining after all those rainy days!

Finally, almost everything is done! All the presentations, shows and exams are over, now all there's left to do is writing some final papers and articles and of course waiting for the results of all this hard work. But for now I've finally got some free time on my hands to focus on blogging (and partying, obviously). So...
